Dear Jannine Page
I am writing to thank you for the excellent care given to my mother, Margaret Roberts, 30/04/1941, by Ivry Street Medical Practice from October 2025.
She moved to Ipswich from her home in York to live in our house because she was given an end-of-life diagnosis. Dr Pai was particularly helpful caring and gentle with her, along with the reception staff who as soon as I mentioned her name did all they could to help me. Both my mum and I were very well supported by you all.
Thankfully mum started to recover and she has now moved back to York with the help of the Reablement Team up there, and has been told she is no longer on the palliative care pathway.
I have been so pleased to be able to look after her myself, but would not have been able to do it without the help of you kind people.
